The Senior Specialist, HR Services ā Global Mobility (GBSC) is responsible for supporting end-to-end delivery of global mobility services within a centralized shared services model. The role manages complex global mobility cases, ensures compliance with mobility policies, and drives operational excellence across relocation, global immigration, and international assignment processes. The position plays a critical role in vendor coordination, documentation, governance, audit readiness, and collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and the Global Mobility Center of Excellence.
Key responsibilities include managing complex, non-standard, and high-risk mobility cases across relocation, immigration, and assignment programs, supporting global mobility initiatives including relocation, immigration, international assignments, and policy-driven employee moves, delivering a high-quality employee experience by providing clear guidance on policies and processes, ensuring consistent application of mobility policies across regions while handling exceptions, partnering with internal teams to support smooth employee transitions, ensuring compliance with mobility policies, regulatory requirements, and audit standards, collaborating with People Business Partners, Payroll, Legal, vendors, and cross-functional teams to resolve cases, leveraging reporting and analytics to identify trends and process improvements, managing vendor relationships to ensure quality service delivery, and maintaining accurate documentation and governance across mobility systems.
Candidates should have a strong understanding of global mobility policies, program management, immigration support, and relocation processes. Experience in Global Mobility and HR Operations within a Shared Services environment is required. Applicants should be capable of handling complex and sensitive employee cases with a high level of accuracy, compliance, and risk awareness. Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and multitasking skills are essential along with an ownership mindset and the ability to independently drive case resolution.
