The company is looking for a strategic and people-focused Human Resources Manager to drive the HR function, strengthen employee engagement, ensure operational excellence, and support its rapidly growing organization.

The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR operations, talent management, payroll governance, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance while partnering with business leaders to build a high-performing and employee-centric organization. The ideal candidate should bring a balance of strategic thinking and operational excellence to ensure HR practices align with the company's business goals and growth strategy.
Key responsibilities include partnering with business leaders to align HR strategies with organizational objectives, advising managers on workforce planning, organizational design, and people-related decisions, driving organizational effectiveness and business transformation initiatives, overseeing end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, confirmations, employee lifecycle management, and exit processes, ensuring HR policies, standard operating procedures, and employee documentation are maintained, managing HRMS and employee records with confidentiality, coordinating monthly payroll with Finance and payroll vendors, ensuring timely salary processing, reimbursements, incentives, bonuses, final settlements, validating payroll inputs including attendance, leave records, new joiners, exits, salary revisions, and variable pay, ensuring compliance with statutory deductions such as PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and labour laws, handling payroll audits and statutory reporting, leading performance management and annual appraisal cycles, coaching managers on goal setting and development planning, supporting succession planning and leadership development initiatives, fostering a positive and inclusive work culture, resolving employee grievances, ensuring compliance with employment regulations and company policies, and supporting internal and external HR audits.
Candidates should have strong expertise in HR Operations, Employee Relations, Payroll Management, HR Compliance, Performance Management, and Organizational Development. Sound knowledge of Indian Labour Laws, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, TDS, payroll compliance, HRMS, and payroll systems is required. Excellent stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, conflict resolution, analytical, and problem-solving skills are essential. Experience in SAP, IT Services, or Software Product organizations, exposure to Agile work environments, and certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or equivalent will be an added advantage.
