Job Description
Imarticus Learning is looking for a detail-oriented HR Payroll Executive to manage end-to-end payroll operations and ensure accurate and timely salary processing. The role requires hands-on experience in payroll, statutory compliance, employee records, attendance and HR documentation.
The candidate will be responsible for payroll processing, statutory compliances, employee lifecycle transactions, payroll MIS and coordination with HR and Finance teams.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage end-to-end monthly payroll processing for employees.
Verify attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions and salary inputs before payroll closure.
Handle PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and other statutory compliances.
Prepare salary sheets, payroll reports, salary slips and related MIS.
Manage employee joining, exit, Full & Final Settlement and payroll documentation.
Maintain accurate employee master data and HR records.
Coordinate with Finance and HR teams for payroll-related queries and discrepancies.
Handle employee queries related to salary, deductions, PF, ESIC, tax and payroll.
Ensure timely processing of F&F settlements, reimbursements and other employee payments.
Support payroll audits and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Maintain confidentiality of employee salary and personal information.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in HR, Commerce, Finance or a related field.
2–5 years of hands-on payroll experience.
Strong knowledge of PF, ESIC, PT, TDS and payroll compliance.
Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
Experience with HRMS / payroll software will be an advantage.
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage payroll within strict timelines.
