Atain is hiring a Human Resource MIS Manager for Gurugram location. The role involves leading HR analytics, HR data management, reporting automation, and strategic workforce analytics initiatives. Responsibilities include preparing comprehensive HR dashboards and reports covering headcount, attrition, hiring, attendance, engagement, and PMS metrics, analyzing vertical-wise attrition trends, ensuring HR data accuracy and consistency, collaborating with HR verticals for analytics frameworks, driving automation through Power BI, Tableau, and advanced Excel tools, managing PMS reporting and analytics, supporting audits and workforce planning, tracking HR KPIs, delivering strategic insights to HR leadership, handling ad hoc reporting requests, and mentoring junior analytics team members. Candidates should possess strong expertise in HR MIS, HR analytics, workforce reporting, Power BI, Tableau, advanced MS Excel, HRMS systems, stakeholder management, and strategic HR reporting. Experience in fast-paced corporate or consulting environments and exposure to compliance, audits, and workforce planning will be advantageous.
