Embark is hiring an experienced Manager β Human Resources for its Pune office. The role will lead the HR function across HR Business Partners, Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Operations for a growing IT services organization.
The selected candidate will drive people strategy, workforce planning, talent management, employee engagement, compliance management, and HR digital transformation initiatives while partnering closely with business leaders.
Responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, HRBP team management, workforce planning, talent strategy development, performance management, rewards and recognition programs, leadership development, and organizational effectiveness initiatives.
The role also involves employer branding, employee engagement, HR operations management, HR analytics, compliance governance, and implementation of HR technology platforms.
Candidates should possess strong expertise in stakeholder management, business partnering, change leadership, talent management, employee lifecycle management, labour law compliance, and HR operations.
A strong background in employer branding is mandatory, including representing organizations at HR conclaves, industry events, GCC events, or employer branding forums.
The ideal candidate should have experience in IT services or technology environments and exposure to HRIS, ATS, analytics platforms, and HR transformation initiatives.
