Ramboll India has more than 1800+ experts working across five offices in India. As a Global HR Coordinator, you will be part of Ramboll’s Global HR Operations team providing HR operational services to various countries across Ramboll using global HR applications such as Workday. The role involves supporting various HR processes linked to the complete employee lifecycle. Responsibilities include handling HR operations processes and Workday system support, assisting Team Leads in managing deliverables within agreed timelines and SLA, handling HR operation related tickets and employee queries, supporting successful transition of operational tasks, documentation creation, SOP updates, creating quick guides and training material, ensuring adherence to turnaround time and SLA, and participating in weekly and monthly update calls with countries and Global HR Ops teams. Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience in Global HR Operations and experience using HRIS tools such as Workday, PeopleSoft, Oracle, SAP or similar. The ideal candidate should have experience working in international and multicultural organizations, strong customer service mindset, excellent communication and coordination skills, structured work style, problem-solving approach, and ability to work in fast-paced environments.
