ExxonMobil is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its dynamic global recruiting team and help drive competitive advantage through people. ExxonMobil’s affiliates in India have offices in Bengaluru, Mumbai, and the National Capital Region and support businesses across chemicals, lubricants, LNG, planning, analytics, and global business services.
The role involves quickly building an understanding of ExxonMobil’s business needs, employee value proposition, and translating business strategy into impactful talent acquisition outcomes.
The selected candidate will act as a strategic, innovative, and critical thinker who is outcome-focused and capable of leading transformational hiring initiatives. The company is looking for someone with high ambition, energy, and a strong work ethic who can contribute to a high-performing recruiting team.
Responsibilities include cultivating strong relationships with senior leaders to understand critical hiring needs and acting as a trusted strategic advisor to ensure process rigor and recruitment efficiency.
The candidate will develop and execute comprehensive search strategies with business leaders to ensure a polished and efficient recruitment process for both hiring managers and candidates.
Candidates should possess a BA Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field with 10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across multiple industries and functions. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry will be an added advantage.
The role requires experience using sourcing tools, recruitment technologies, ATS and CRM platforms, recruitment dashboards, analytics, and reporting tools. Advanced English communication skills are mandatory.
Candidates should be comfortable sourcing independently beyond LinkedIn while also collaborating with sourcing teams to identify top talent. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, solution-oriented, adaptable, and capable of handling ambiguity and competing priorities.
Strong integrity, confidentiality handling, interpersonal skills, communication abilities, teamwork, feedback management, and a passion for people are required for success in this role.
