Radiant Semiconductors is hiring HR Operations Professionals for its Bangalore office. The company is expanding its HR team and is looking for experienced female HR professionals who can drive operational excellence and manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes in a fast-growing semiconductor and technology environment.
The role may be offered as HR Operations Executive, HR Operations Specialist, or HR Operations Lead depending on the candidate's experience and expertise.
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing complete HR operations including employee onboarding, employee lifecycle management, offboarding processes, payroll coordination, statutory compliance, benefits administration, and HRIS management.
Responsibilities include serving as the primary point of contact for employee queries, ensuring a positive workplace experience, managing employee records, supporting policy implementation, and maintaining operational efficiency across HR processes.
The role also involves designing, implementing, and continuously improving HR policies, workflows, and operational processes to support organizational growth and scalability.
Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Indian labour laws, statutory compliance requirements, payroll processes, HR operations management, and employee lifecycle administration.
Experience in the Semiconductor, Information Technology, Electronics, or related technology sectors will be an added advantage.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, stakeholder management, analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for data-driven HR practices.
