SRM Consulting Services is a recruitment and staffing firm specializing in connecting experienced professionals with leading MNC clients across industries such as IT services and consulting. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for complex employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary matters, conducting fair and timely investigations into complaints including harassment, misconduct, and policy violations, advising and supporting HRBPs on complex employee issues, facilitating resolution of workplace conflicts, conducting employee trainings on code of conduct and workplace safety, ensuring adherence to Indian labor laws including Shops & Establishments Act, ID Act, POSH Act, partnering with legal teams to mitigate risks and ensure statutory compliance, maintaining documentation and reports related to investigations, supporting internal audits and labor inspections, developing and updating HR policies, conducting employee awareness programs, maintaining employee relations data, and preparing reports for leadership. Candidates should have a Master’s degree or MBA in Human Resources, 10 to 14 years of HR experience with at least 3+ years in Employee Relations, minimum 5+ years in IT services or consulting companies, strong knowledge of Indian labor laws and employment regulations, and ability to handle sensitive matters with integrity in a fast-paced environment.
