Deloitte India is hiring experienced HR professionals for its Human Capital M&A practice across Mumbai and Bangalore. Role involves leading HR aspects of mergers, acquisitions, buy-side and sell-side transactions including due diligence, organizational assessment, workforce analysis, culture evaluation, leadership review, and HR risk assessment. Responsibilities include advising on deal synergies, costs, and future operating models. Post-deal execution includes HR integration and separation programs, Day 1 readiness, workforce transition, retention strategies, culture integration, change management, HR operating model redesign, TSA planning, and system/process harmonization. Candidate will also contribute to practice building, team leadership, capability development, and client relationship management with CXO stakeholders.
