A consultant client is hiring an Assistant Manager - Human Resource for their Gurgaon location. This is a full-time onsite role in a day shift with 5 working days and weekends off. The role involves leading end-to-end talent acquisition including workforce planning, sourcing, interviewing, and hiring in collaboration with business teams. Responsibilities also include driving recruitment strategy and process improvements, managing the complete employee lifecycle such as onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and final settlements, handling HR operations including HRIS, payroll inputs, benefits administration, and leave and attendance tracking in coordination with finance. The candidate will also support performance management processes including appraisals, promotions, increments, and employee development planning, and act as a strategic HR partner to business leaders. Strong verbal communication skills are required.
