Job Description
We are hiring an experienced and dynamic HR Generalist for our Gurgaon location. The role involves managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment and talent acquisition, employee onboarding and induction, attendance and payroll coordination, compliance management, employee engagement and retention initiatives, performance management and appraisal cycles, HR documentation, grievance handling, statutory compliance including PF, ESIC and labour laws, exit management and full and final settlements, and HR MIS reporting. The role also includes tracking key HR KPIs such as hiring TAT, retention rate, offer-to-joining ratio, employee satisfaction, payroll accuracy, compliance adherence, attrition control, and engagement participation.
